Right to Light Surveys
We adopt a different approach to Right to Light Surveys in that we not only offer the usual information regarding surrounding properties such as eave, ridge and window levels, but can also provide a 3D model of the area. Through a partnership approach, we can also offer full Daylight / Sunlight analysis and Right to Light calculations derived from accurate up to date survey data or 3D model.
Boundary Arbitration
Boundary Arbitration provides a solution to disagreements on were a legal boundary is. We are able to combine property arbitration, years of experience in analysing plans and topographical features, with the absolute latest state of art land surveying and measurement techniques, capable of plotting boundary lines with precision accuracy. We find that most members of the surveying and legal profession have little heart for advising on boundary disputes and avoid them whenever possible. We specialise in them and tackle them head on. 3D Laser Scanning
Laser Scanning is the process of collecting 3D points which through their density represent a “point cloud” which can be manipulated and enhanced to produce 3D models or exported to 2D drawings. Blueplan offers this highly specific service in consultation with a leading specialist in this field, to provide clients with a full 3D real-time data capture solution suitable for highly detailed work, or within areas which need rapid data collection such as Hazardous environments.
3D CAD Modelling
Our in-house CAD department can provide full 3D CAD modelling service, utilising collated survey data to produce models of building or land in various formats, which can then be used for a number of purposes such as a design base, a Daylight / Sunlight study or processed further into 3D visualisations and ‘fly-throughs’ capable of being navigated by the end user. Our team has extensive experience in AutoCAD and Solidworks as well as knowledge of other leading 3D applications such as MicroStation. Vectorworks and SCC.
